    Title: 建築耐風設計規範風速模式探討及設計風速修訂研究

    Abstract: 本研究計畫主要內容在於利用臺灣本島33個測站於1950年至2015年間的十分鐘平均風速資料，透過資料的篩選，以甘保法及Hermite多項式轉換法重新定義每個測站的累積分布函數並作為回歸模式，建議一適合臺灣本島的設計風速分布。其中指出資料樣本的數量及變異程度直接影響擬合模式的準確性以及預測回歸期的合理性。以僅具有短時間資料的測站來說，或許非高斯多項式轉換過程較為適合設計風速的合理評估。
