    Abstract: 習近平在亞洲博鰲論壇開幕致詞提出：「面對風雲變幻的國際和地區刑事，我們要把握好世界大勢，跟上時代潮流，共同營造對亞洲、對世界都更為有利的地區秩序，通過邁向亞洲命運共同體，推動建設人類命運共同體。」
    因此，2013年北京開始推動「一帶一路」戰略，2015年倡議籌設「亞洲基礎建設投資銀行」(Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank，AIIB)，迄今57個創始會員國參與，某種程度已經超越歐亞大陸，走向一個以中國為主體的「歐亞超級複合體」。「一帶一路」戰略的設計，牽動兩岸關係發展的和平。在經濟全球化深入發展、兩岸聯繫日益密切的今天，兩岸是割捨不斷的命運共同體。
