Abstract:	The article focuses on synchronous online communication with native speakers as a modern basis for teaching spoken foreign language in the context of different language environment. The conclusions about the efficiency of including the online communication course into a classroom training program are based on the results of the online course “Russian Conversation – 3” developed in Tamkang University (Taiwan) and fulfilled in cooperation with the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language, FEFU (Vladivostok, Russia).
