    Abstract: 一、背景：本計畫係為交通部補助辦理之「101 年度公路公共運輸發展計畫」競爭型計畫，為利提昇本縣公共運具運量，並善用公共運具使用以利地區觀光發展，期進行提昇本縣公共運輸運量之委外研究， 以作為本縣公共運輸政策之指引方針。
    二、目標：藉由公共運輸研究報告完成後，將做為未來對公共運輸政策規劃之參考依據，以期提昇本縣公共運具與觀光景點之連結妥適率、各鄉鄉民與觀光客搭乘船舶與公共運輸連接轉乘接駁服務時間之縮短及有效提昇公共運輸運量，將有限的公共運具資源作最有效之應用
