    Abstract: 本研究旨在規劃與設計融入實證護理概念的資訊素養課程,並評估教學成效。首先,採用半結構方式深度訪談臨床護理師,以蒐集規劃課程的參考資訊,並以美國ACRL護理資訊素養能力標準為架構,分析文獻彙整出課程的重要單元。其次,運用類實驗設計與前後測的方式,了解課程的教學成效。研究結果發現,護理人員的資訊需求以解決照護病人問題與撰寫升等報告為主,且需加強其對醫護資料庫的認識、界定題目與選用關鍵字等能力。另以美國ACRL護理資訊素養能力標準規劃出實證導向的護理資訊素養課程五模組,且接受本課程的實驗組學生之護理資訊素養能力優於對照組。最後,護理學生只要能接受完整規劃的資訊素養課程,均能有效提升其資訊素養能力與信心程度。
