    Abstract: 過去探討多國籍企業倫理與員工士氣之關係,鮮少以異文化管理制度作為干擾變數。本研究透過抽樣選出郵寄廠商為調查對象,請英、美、日在台灣子公司主管填寫問卷,計回收368份問卷,扣除37份無效問卷,有效問卷共有331份,其中英國61份、美國121份與日本149份,有效問卷回收率為38.73%。本研究實證發現:多國籍企業倫理與員工士氣呈正向關係以及異文化管理對多國籍企業倫理與員工士氣之關係具有干擾效果獲得支持。多國籍企業管理者可運用異文化管理制度打造優質工作環境,善待員工,振奮士氣,積極投入,績效卓越,創造出幸福企業。
