    Abstract: 加強對不動產經紀人員專業角色之管理，規範不動產經紀人員之經紀從業行為，將能促進不動產市場的穩定發展。本研究透過專家問卷訪談的方式，邀請學者及業界專家共34位，進行問卷填答，並且請專家依照個人專業的觀點針對各構面間及各因素間之重要程度進行比較並給予評分，從而找出具一致性的標準。最後採用網絡層級分析法求出各構面及因素之間相關性權重大小。研究發現，消費者之專家群與業界專家對於不動產經紀人專業角色的評估構面與指標都達到高度之共識，且在各構面評估中全體專家群一致認為知識面權重排序第一、態度面第二、技能面第三。在整體評估指標排序上，雙方專家群達成共識之前四名依序為專業知能、專業服務、溝通技巧、專業倫理。
