Improving the quality of training specialists of engineering, at present, is one of the priority directions of reforms of the higher education system. That is, the main feature of the application of innovative educational technologies while training is their implementation in the framework of an integrated approach aimed at formation of professional competences. Therefore, the article discusses the aspects of the practice of application of innovative pedagogical technologies (“buzzing Group”, “the information maze”) on a practical training on the subject “Applied Mechanics”, the specific integration of pedagogical techniques, nuances of teaching technical subjects in the practice of the educational process of the agricultural university.
