    Abstract: At present, cultural and creative industries are the most popular emerging industries. In 2009, Executive Yuan of Taiwan included the cultural and creative industries into one of the six emerging industries of the country. In the 21st century, the mobile devices are already popular and they are used in a wide range such as electronic business, health care, education learning, etc. However, there are limited research and applications in the area of interactive media display in cultural and creative industries. Therefore, this paper proposes an application, named mirror lotus, in the area of interactive media display in cultural and creative industries.
