摘要:	In this article, we propose a maximum likelihood estimator of lifetime performance index under Weibull distribution based on the least squares method and maximum likelihood method under the K-sample type II right censored data. Then the estimator of the lifetime performance index is also utilized to develop the hypothesis testing procedure in the condition of knowing lower specification limit. Finally, we give one practical example to illustrate the testing procedure for determining whether the process is capable.
