    Title: 彰化縣政府104年家庭暴力相對人處遇執行成效評估

    Abstract: 本研究檢視彰化縣103-104年四種家庭暴力相對人處遇模式，包括預防性認知教育課程、簡易型處遇、社工關懷訪視、12/24處遇。檢驗包括反應效標、學習效標、行為效標以及結果效標等，發現個處遇模式在反應效標、學習效標、行為效標均有不錯之成效，結果效標以再犯率為指標來看，成效並不明顯，四種處遇之粗再犯率各為14.8%、13.2%、7.5%、36.7%，相對於12/24週處遇，關懷訪視之再犯率顯著較低。
