    Abstract: 本案係為一種應用於薄膜太陽能電池之具鹵化鹼金屬先驅物之陽極處理基板結構。其中該基板結構包含有一基底層;以及一陽極處理層,形成於該基底層上,並具有複數個孔洞陣列;其中該複數個孔洞內更具有一鹵化鹼金屬先驅物,以於後續形成吸收層的製程中,使預填入基底層之定量鹵化鹼金屬先驅物擴散至該吸收層,進而提供並控制該吸收層中所需之鹼金屬含量,並且有效阻絕可能污染源。
