    Abstract: 本論文從「語言形式上的調整行為發言內容上的調整行為」、「要求對方調整．實際執行調整」這兩個觀點來進行檢證，以實際對話內容為分析對象，採用會話分析的手法來探討分別在「遠距對話場景」及「面對面對話場景」中調整行為使用上的特徵。分析結果發現，身處在遠距對話場景中亦或是面對面對話場景中，日語母語話者在調整行為的使用上沒有明顯差異；然而，日語學習者處於面對面對話場景時，不但面臨的語言形式上的問題較處於遠距對話場景時少，也較容易採取引導更深層對話內容的調整行為。
