    摘要: This study aims to verify and to understand the effects of flipped classroom on the learning effectiveness, while using learning satisfaction as the mediator. The findings show that: 1) both the instructors and students of technical and vocational colleges (the first half) believe that flipped learning has a positive effect on learning satisfaction; while the students of the second half of technical a vocational colleges believe that flipped learning has a negative effect on learning satisfaction; 2) both the instructors and students of technical and vocational colleges (both halves) believe that flipped learning has a significant positive effect on learning effectiveness; and 3) both the instructors and students of technical and vocational colleges (the first half) believe that flipped learning has a positive effect on learning effectiveness; while the instructors and students of the second half of technical and vocational colleges believe that flipped learning has a negative effect on learning effectiveness. Summarising the above, learning satisfaction has a partial mediating effect
