摘要: For centuries, Vienna was the glittering capital of a great empire where the potential sponsorship of the Habsburg dynasty and many of the aristocrats at the imperial court created an excellent environment for musicians and artists. It is not surprising that many great composers were attracted to the city - they came, stayed and wrote immortal music. The Viennese musical tradition has continued for centuries, from one great composer to the next, from Haydn to Beethoven, from Beethoven to Schubert and onward far into the twentieth century.
This article will start by discussing Vienna's musical heritage, from Haydn to Schubert, the formation of their musical creation, through detailed analysis of their works and their writing technique. Finally we will enter the rich expressive world of the character pieces (Impromptus), completely realizing musical style
in different time of classical period.
The author takes her own individual performance experiences and research works as the main basis of her interpretation. The research works include referring to literature, reorganize composer's creational idea and musical style, and analyzing structure, motive, interval, phrase, harmony, modes, relations between movements, relations between subjects and compositional technique.
