Abstract: Wind power and Solar power are two most important newly renewable energy in current OECD countries (see Figure 1) and in the whole world. Although the electricity price produced by onshore wind power is cheaper than most electricity produced by the other renewable energy, the development of wind power is still slow moving than many experts had expected. This paper implement Panel Data Analysis by using the raw data for all countries in the world. Hope to find more factors which are more favorable to the development of wind power except the most well- known FIT policies.
