    Abstract: 工作是人們生命中不可或缺的一環,工作價值觀會影響人們對於工作的看法及選擇,而大學正是踏入職場生涯前很重要的一個時期。本研究旨在探討大學生是否因外界環境及自我本身因素對工作價值觀的形成造成影響,此外,另加入打工經驗及工作性質等因素作為干擾變數。本研究以問卷調查的方式,共回收有效樣本694份,內容包含了受訪者的基本資料、同儕關係、國家文化、工作價值觀、工作經驗、工作性質等,分析結果顯示性別、國家文化、同儕關係的影響,對工作價值觀的形成皆具有顯著差異。在家庭社經地位的高低,對工作價值觀的形成,有顯著差異上則是不被支持的。而在形成工作價值觀的過程中,兼職打工則是不具有加強效果的。
    Work is an indispensable part of people''s life and work values will affect people''s perspective and choice for the job. College stage is the most important time period before entering a career. This study aimed to investigate whether external environmental factors and their self-formation would affect college students'' work values. In addition to. We add the nature of work and working experience as moderating variable.The study used questionnaire method, including 694 copies of valid samples, the survey contain basic information on respondents, peer relations, national culture, work values, work experience and nature of work, etc. The results showed that gender, national culture, peer relations have a significant difference on the formation of work values. And the factors like national culture, peer relations, family social economic status have non-interference effects on work values.
