Abstract:	大多數現行的決策產生方法都未將決策者的風險偏好納入考量中。在此研究中，我們提出了一個基於展望理論、能夠反映決策者在面對風險考量時的決策行為的新方法。這個新方法使用了類似於TOPSIS（優劣解距離法 Hwang and Yoon, 1981）的概念，將每個候選對象與最佳方案之間的心理距離定義出來。本研究也使用了最佳方案的絕對模式，並有效的預防了排序逆轉的問題。
