For this reason, cultural impact issues have arisen in several fields. Using the information processing and cultural adaptive theories as a framework, the researcher conducted a comprehensive literature review pertaining to the cultural impact on Virtual Human Resource Development (VHRD) learning platform. The purpose of this study is to explore the culture impact of creating a VHRD learning platform in the virtual world. This study also proposes a conceptual model of information processing that includes the cultural impact of a VHRD. The results of this study offer researchers and training program designers a better understanding of the cultural impact of VHRD learning platforms.
