    Abstract: 本研究利用計算流體力學,計算出兩個不同進口端幾何形狀的收縮矩形微流道中消散能量的分布,並利用豬血液進行溶血實驗,以求出能量消散率與溶血的相關性。結果顯示能量消散率的溶血閥值約為1×108 W/m3。在相同的能量消散率下,直角進口端大於斜角進口端,這說明了消散能量中的拉伸應力分量對溶血的貢獻大於切應力。
