    Abstract: In this study, we propose a robot playing tic-tac-toe game via SOC-FPGA approach. Use four Lego motors transmit the robot to draw cross and naught on the chessboard and use a webcam for catching image from the chessboard. The game artificial intelligence can succeeds in placing three of its marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game.
