    摘要: Looking for an appropriate job is important for an upcoming graduated or unemployed people. When people turn on the computer browser and seek employment or look for the work from the Google search engine in Taiwan, there are at least over 3 seeking employment websites. People may be enter any website again according to the work of own interest, but the web sites always return thousands of jobs, the seekers have to take the time to browse individually, this is the shortcoming that the general website presents. For personal decision-making, the website should provide according to the personal preference profile to make the best suggestion. It had better to provide to the user 5 to 10 having the work of success probability. This article is based on Fuzzy GP method combined k-nearest neighbor’s algorithm according to the preference value that the user establishes, and coordinate with the information provided by the personnel needs company to match job. Finally made the best place suggestion by the system.
