摘要:	The purpose of this study was to better understand the selection criteria of 2005 national Basketball team member of Taiwan. The ERF of NBA was need as a means to examine the objective performance of players in SBL in Taiwan, and the result of the ERF score was compared with the list of the national team members. Method: This research collected the data of SBL 2004-2005 season which started from 2004/12/9 to 2005/5/1 in Taipei Physical Education College. All the players' efficiency ranking grade in 105 seasonal games were colleted. The difference between the players and the national basketball player of 2005 Asian Basketball Championship team were compared base on the efficiency ranking formula (ERF) on 5 different positions in the basketball game (C, PF, SF, SG, PG). The results showed that although 13 out of 16 national team players selected from the league players had high ERF for their respective position, the remaining 3 players had relatively low ERF .It is not clear what was the criteria for selecting. These 3 players as the national team members. It is concluded that the way of selecting national players needs to improve in the more disclosing, objective style.
