    摘要: 本研究提出一種新穎的奈米銀線製作方法,利用UV光照射後的氯化銀作為晶種,藉由多元醇合成法在120℃、130℃、140℃、150℃及160℃溫度下成功製造出奈米銀線,並探討在不同反應溫度下,奈米銀線長度與時間之成長動力學,在120℃到150℃的動力學是由Fick’s擴散機制及Case II界面擴散所控制,其中Fick’s擴散控制所需活化能約192kJ⁄mol,Case II界面控制所需活化能約50kJ⁄mol,在160℃動力學是由Fick’s擴散機制所控制。另外,本研究藉由加工崁入技術製得偏氫氧化鋁/奈米銀線複合薄膜,經一段時間時效後,奈米銀線與擴散進入複合薄膜的水氣反應成銀離子後,擴散進入偏氫氧化鋁基材中形成偏氫氧化鋁∕銀的奈米複合薄膜。
    This study proposes a novel method of fabricating silver nanowires. Silver nanowires were successfully produced at 120℃, 130℃, 140℃, 150℃and 160℃ by polyol method that used silver chloride which was UV irradiated as the seed. Moreover, the relation of the kinetic energy growth among different reaction temperatures , the length of sliver nanowires and reaction time was discussed. The kinetic energy growth between 120℃ and 150℃ was controlled from Fick''s diffusion mechanism and interface diffusionin Case II. Among them, the activation energy of Fick''s diffusion controlled was about 192 kJ⁄mol, and the activation energy of interface controlled was about 50 kJ⁄mol. Furthermore, this study manufactured aluminium hydroxide oxide/silver nanowire nanocomposite film by embedded process. After aging a period of time, the silver nanowires combined with water which diffused into nanocomposite and then changed to silver ion. And the silver ion diffused into aluminium hydroxide oxide substrate to make the aluminium hydroxide oxide/silver nanocomposite film.
