就現今電子產品普遍的時代，產品品質的可靠度決定了消費者的選擇性。因此在產品測試與品質驗證的過程中，如何呈現產品品質的優越性也就成為一項指標性的工作任務。然而對於企業本身而言，任何工作階段的流程均必須擁有相對應的工作群組，而這樣的工作績效應與產品的品質可靠度有著正向的影響。 從時變的觀點而言，近年來企業資訊科技的能力大幅提升，其牽動著企業對於系統的建置與運行，以及影響著流程績效的表現。因此就資訊科技的角度而言，整合企業資源以呈現出產品本身的優勢，也就成為一個值得探討的研究領域。 本論文實作一個以電源供應器為案例的測試驗證流程平台。利用共通規範(IPC-9592B)裡的驗證項目作為測試驗證人員的工作項目。並且透過此平台所設定的工作流程進行相關內容的資料收集，且加以分析與處理以呈現各專案工作成員的績效、專案工作的進度以及產品在各研發階段的品質成熟度。 As the electronic product has become commonly used nowadays, consumer’s choice of electronic product depends on the quality and reliability of the product. With that said how to present the quality of the product during product testing and quality verification process has become an important stage. In any well-organized enterprise, each stage of the product must have a corresponding group. This brings positive influence to the quality and reliability of the product. In recent years, the significant improvement in IT has affected how enterprises organize the setup and operation of the system, as well as the performance of procedure. In the Information Technology point of view, integrating the resources of an enterprise shows the advantages of the product itself has become a worth exploring and researching field. This research provides a process-oriented network platform which could be used on testing verification for electronic product(ex: power supply). The quality of the product is built based on the specification (IPC-9592B). And through various of systematic deployment to define the task of each stage, for example: project establishment, project assignment and project task transition etc. Through this system, each execution of project task presents the performance of the project members, project progress and the maturity of product quality in each development stage.
