Abstract:	本研究運用台北榮民總醫院心臟血管外科所提供的病歷資料建置出一套雲端輔助診斷系統，藉由此系統讓醫療人員能夠更快速與正確地輸入病歷資料。此系統亦能運用這些病歷資料產生分析圖表提供給臨床醫師作為診斷上的參考。臨床醫師以往觀看病歷資料時，都是利用自己本身所累積的診斷經驗進行判讀，而本研究所建置的輔助診斷系統能讓醫師自由的選擇各種不同的條件後產生分析圖表。醫師可以在圖表中觀察其所關心的數據變化，或者與其他數據資料有何種對應的關係。本研究希望臨床醫師在診斷上能夠藉由此系統獲得幫助。 In this study, we use case histories of the hospital to build a cloud clinical diagnostics aid system. Medical personnel can input medical records quickly and correctly by this system. This system can analyze case histories and provide the result to clinicians as references on diagnosis. Since clinicians usually interpret case histories based on their clinical experiences, the system designed in this study assists with the diagnosis. Clinicians can create an analytical chart after conditions input to the system and observe the data variation as well as the relationship among data displayed. This research offers clinicians a new and useful system that may contribute to the clinical diagnosis.
