建築資訊模型（BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL，以下簡稱為BIM）和4D模型近期於建築設計、工程、及施工（AEC）界受到廣泛關注。過去的研顯示BIM和4D方法提供了更快、更有效的方式傳達資訊及更好的設計，並且能夠改進和創新解決目前營建業中遇到的問題。然而，BIM之應用遇到各種法律問題，本研究透過文獻回顧綜整應用BIM之相關法律問題可分為四類：契約與制度、責任與風險、智慧財產權以及管理與工，並進一步透過問卷調查與專家訪談，探討BIM應用之四類法律議題之相關意見。 Building information modeling （BIM） and 4D modeling have recently attained widespread attention in the architectural, engineering and construction （AEC） industries. Research efforts demonstrate the BIM and 4D approaches provide a faster and more effective way of communicating information between interested project parties and a better design which enables improved and innovative solutions as well as many other benefits. However, there are various legal new issues with the application of BIM? This study by literature review cartogorizes the four major legal issues in BIM applicaoitn : contract and system, responsibility and risks, intellectual property rights and Management and tools. By Questionairs, it further explores the related viewpoints in these four aspects of legal issues in BIM application.
