    摘要: 研究主要探討地工織物雙向張應變對過濾特性影響並使用不同類型土壤進行試驗,討論織物張應變在不同土壤下的過濾行為,因此參考規範並改良ASTM D5101之坡降比試驗,以三種不織布於未伸張及雙向伸張下,與三種由過濾準則為基礎所設計出之不同類型土壤進行土壤-地工織物過濾試驗。不同種類土壤的GR值,會隨著織物張應變的增加而升高或降低,但大多數在張應變7.5%時會有個明顯轉折,且在轉折後,隨著張應變再增加,GR值會再回到較接近未拉伸時的值。由試驗結果與準則規範比較後得知,規範使用土壤粒徑大小決定織物的阻留及防阻塞能力並不完全,尚須考慮土壤組成及施作方式,才能更為準確的評估織物的阻留及防阻塞的能力。由試驗後殘留土量得知,織布殘留土和張應變並無明顯關聯,但殘留土會隨著使用的不織布越厚而增加,且在S1土壤此情形較明顯,S2次之,但在S3時隨著試驗不織布厚度的增加,殘留土量則較無太大差別。
    This study aims to explore the influence of biaxial tensile strain on the filtration characteristics of geotextiles and conducts laboratory tests with soils of different types, so as to discuss the filtration behaviors of the tensile strain of the textile under the condition of soil of different types. Therefore, after having consulted the related standards and modified the GR-test (gradient ratio test) provided in ASTM D5101, this study has conducted Soil –Geotextile Filtration Tests by using three types of nonwoven fabric under the conditions of subjected to no tensile stress and biaxial tensile stresses, together with the soils of three different types particularly designed on the basis of filtration principles.In general the GR value of soils will either increase or decrease with increase in the tensile strain of the geotextile, however in most cases will see an apparent inflection point upon geotextile strain reaching 7.5%, and then GR value will return to that closer to the value under no tensile strain in response to further increase of the tensile strain.Through the comparison between the test results and data in the standards, it is found that it is far from enough to determine the retention and clogging resistence capabilities merely with the soil grain size alone, and it is a must to take into consideration the soil compositions and the operation mode in order to better evaluate the retention and clogging capabilities for higher accuracy.On the results of the residual soil quantity after test, it is found that there is no significant relation between the residual soil on the textile and the tensile stain, however the residual soil quantity increases in relation to the thickness of nonwoven fabric used; furthermore, S1 soil shows the effect more significantly, S2 soil follows, while in the case of S3 soil, the residual soil quantity shows no significant difference in relation to the increase of nonwoven fabric thickness.
