本論文利用淡江大學校園App“淡江i生活”蒐集兩學期之課程異動資料後,依據不同的課程異動原因、月份、學院、系所等作交叉分析,了解淡江大學目前的課程異動情形。使用之研究方法為個案研究法,希望將分析之結果與建議提供教務處,增進承辦員之作業效率,提高教師與學生滿意度,降低教務處之人力成本。 研究發現,淡江大學兩學期之平均課程異動率為1.5%;大多數的課程異動都是為了讓學生有更適的學習環境而產生的,其中異動需求原因屬“教師因課程需求”佔75.6%、“教師個人因素需求”佔22.6%;異動原因前三名依序為“換教室(整學期)”32.4%、暫調教室21.6%、事假15.4%。 In this study, schedule changing information in two semesters is collected by using Tamkang University campus App “TKU i-Life”and cross-analysis is conducted according to different changing reasons, month, college and department, etc., in order to understand the schedule changing situation in Tamkang University. With case-study method, the study provides Academic Affairs the findings and recommendations from the analysis and aim at enhancing the operational efficiency of the contractor staff, elevating the satisfaction of studentand teachers and reducing labor of Academic Affairs. It is found that the average schedule changing rate of two semesters was 1.5%.Most of the schedule changing was made to give students a more suitable learning environment (75.6% of changing reason were due to course demand, 22.6% of changing reasons were due to teachers'' personal demand), top three changing reasons were "classroom changing(whole semester)" (32.4%), "temporary classroom changing" (21.6%) and "personal leave" (15.4%).
