伺服器產業在價格競爭壓力下，國際品牌大廠為了兼顧核心競爭力，並降低研發成本，轉向Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) 聯合設計與生產，然而外包廠商的研發能力，關係到品質也影響品牌廠的商譽，需要適時的考核供應商的績效表現。本研究個案廠商因其外包管理特性，無法讓所有外包管理者參與所有外包廠商的績效考核過程，因而造成評分者之間產生意見衝突，經常難以達成共識。本研究以個案研究方法，探討造成伺服器品牌廠在評估JDM合作廠商過程中，評分者之間產生意見衝突的原因。進而，在不改變現有評分準則的情況下，改善評量流程，以提升評分者在外包商績效評量結果上的共識，以發揮對外包商的監督效用。 To contend the impact of price competition from competitor, Joint Development Manufacturing (JDM) model become the outsourcing strategy of the global server vendor, this is a tradeoff to maintain core competitiveness also reduce development cost. Thus, capability of outsourcing supplier will influence to the reputation and product quality of global server vendor, Timely performance review to the outsourcing supplier is required. Due to the characteristic of JDM operation environment, the supplier reviewer is dedicated with one of supplier, unable to assess other JDM supplier, the debate between reviewers, difficult to reach consensus to deliver consistent result. This paper is intended as a case study of global server vendor, investigate the root cause of debate during the JDM supplier assessment process, Furthermore, without changing the existing assessment criteria, improve assessment processes and method to enhance consensus of assessment result, ensure the assessment result has expected effective to manage JDM suppliers.
