    Abstract: 依據McKinsey2013年研究報告,政府開放資料在交通運輸、教育、消費產品、電力、石油瓦斯、醫療照護及消費金融等七大領域,全球每年至少可產生3.2兆美元的經濟價值,亦降低30億噸二氧化碳排放,減少每人每年35小時的交通時間。可見政府開放資料為目前國際重要趨勢,政府機關將所擁有之資料開放給民眾使用,以增加政府運作的透明度,結合群眾智慧,協助政府解決問題並達到創新與加值之成果。近年來,臺灣政府開放資料在政府的推動下,開放數量已達成一定成效,而全球開放資料走在最前端者為英國及世界各國,在開放資料品質問題上仍諸多爭議,目前我國亦有同樣問題,良好的開放資料品質是促進民眾使用政府開放資料之動機,民眾對於資料品質的期待亦將是增進政府開放資料品質之推手,而政府與開放資料品質應如何管理提升,亦是各方所關心的議題。
    In recent years, Taiwan open government data has reached certain results under the promotion. In the US and UK, There are still a lot of controversy on open government data quality. Taiwan government also has the same problems. Excellent data quality can promote the use of open data. Public expectations for data quality could enhance data quality. How should we do to enhance the open government data quality? It’s the issue of concern to the public.
    The purpose of the study is to understand the relationship of open government data quality and user satisfaction. For understanding the open government data quality of the public idea. We inferred two factors to explore user satisfaction from the quality of variable quality. The results showed that the information quality, interface access quality and user satisfaction for all three with relevance, consistent with the hypothesis.
