摘要: | 本研究以內政部移民署署本部之員工為研究對象,透過文獻探討與問卷統計分析,了解移民署署本部員工在不同基本資料變項於工作壓力、工作滿足與組織承諾之差異情形,以及工作壓力、工作滿足與組織承諾的關聯性。 為達成研究目的,本研究總計發放250份問卷,回收238份;去除無效問卷55份,有效問卷共183份,有效回收率為73.2%。將有效問卷分別以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關係數檢定等統計方法進行分析,研究結果如下: 一、不同基本資料變項內,高教育程度對工作壓力有顯著差異。 二、不同基本資料變項內,年齡和職等愈高對工作滿足有顯著差異。 三、不同基本資料變項內,女性、已婚、年齡愈高及教育程度對組織承諾內努力承諾、價值承諾構面有顯著差異。 四、移民署署本部員工對工作壓力與組織承諾無顯著負相關。 五、移民署署本部員工對工作滿足與組織承諾有顯著正相關。 In this study, the staff of National Immigration Agency are the respondents. By literature discussion and questionnaire analysis, we realize the differences and relations among job stress, job satisfaction,and organizational commitment under different basic data variations. To achieve the goal of study, 250 questionnaires were distributed, 238 returned, including 183 valid questionnaires and 55 invalid; the rate of valid returning is 73.2%. Analyzing the data with the ways of statistics--descriptive statistics, t-test, single-factor variations analysis, Pearson corelation coefficients test, some results are provided as below: 一、Under the variations of different basic data, higher education level makes significant difference in job stress. 二、Under the variations of different basic data, elder age and higher position makes significant difference in job job satisfaction. 三、Under the variations of different basic data, female, married, elder age, education level makes significant difference in the dimension of efforts commitment and value commitment under organizational commitment. 四、The staff of National Immigration Agency Headquarter show no significant negative corelation to job stress and organizational commitment. 五、The staff of National Immigration Agency Headquarter show significant positive corelation to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. |
