    Abstract: 本研究目的主要在探討創業型企業創業導向、網絡關係與創業績效之關聯。研究對象為創業型企業,本研究採用立意抽樣之方式抽取樣本,總計發放250份問卷,回收樣本數為170份,扣除無效樣本18份後,有效樣本為152份,有效樣本回收率為89.4%。研究使用SPSS 22.0版統計軟體進行分析,採用的分析方法包括:描述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、及結構方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)中之偏最小平方估計法(Partial Leat Square, PLS,其主要研究結果如下:
    1. 創業導向對創業績效具有部分正向影響;創業導向構面中僅「風險承擔性」顯著正向影響創業績效,意即企業若傾向於大膽且願意冒險的掌握新機會,通常較能創造出更好的創業績效。
    2. 創業導向部分正向影響創業型企業利用網絡關係;創業導向構面中僅創新性顯著正向影響情感性關係及工具性關係。
    3. 網絡關係使用程度越高,對創業績效有部分正向影響;網絡關係構面中僅情感性關係正向影響創業績效。
    This study aims to explore the relationships among entrepreneurship orientation, network relation and entrepreneurial performance by taking entrepreneurial enterprises as research subjects. Based on purposive sampling method, a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed with 170 ones collected, including 18 invalid ones and 152 valid ones. The effective recovery rate is 89.4%. SPSS 22.0 statistics software was applied for analysis, including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and partial leat square (PLS) of structural equation modeling (SEM). The major results are listed below:
    1. Entrepreneurial orientation has partially positive influence on entrepreneurial performance. In terms of entrepreneurial orientation, risk taking has positively influence on entrepreneurial performance, which means if enterprises are inclined to be bond and risky to new chances, they generally can create better entrepreneurial performance.
    2. Entrepreneurial orientation has partially positive influence entrepreneurial enterprises by using network relation. In terms of entrepreneurial orientation, only innovation has significantly positive influence on emotional relation and tool relation.
    3. The higher network is applied, the more positive influence entrepreneurial performance will be. In terms of network, only emotional relationship has positive influence on entrepreneurial performance.
    Hence, it is suggested entrepreneurial enterprises can (1) encourage employees to be brave to do high risky projects so as to get higher performance result; (2) do and support new ideas, new things, new experiments and innovative process and take good use of surrounding network relations; (3) in entrepreneurial process, it is good to build emotional relation which will help enterprises to get resources and support so as to improve entrepreneurial performance.
