本研究採用個案研究方式,以國內一家傳統企業為例,深入瞭解整個ERP系統導入的過程,及可能會發生的問題與其解決之道,以探討失敗因素之觀點,深入瞭解個案公司的做法,對ERP導入的過程及成效、以及會產生什麼影響?最後歸納提出影響ERP導入過程具體的成功與失敗的因素,及實際執行時應注意之事項,以做為未來欲導入ERP系統的企業參考,避免導入失敗。 期能透過個案企業之ERP系統導入經驗,鑒往知來,避免重蹈覆轍,將更有助於企業導入ERP系統的成功。 This study used a case study approach to a traditional domestic company, Insight into the whole process of ERP systems to import, and problems may occur with its solution, in order to investigate the failure factors of view, insight into the company''s practices in the case of the process and effectiveness of ERP import, as well as what would be the impact. Finally summarized the import process to submit, ERP specific factors of success and failure, and the actual implementation of the precautions to be taken to the future as companies want to import ERP system reference, avoid import fails. We are looking forward to the experience with case import enterprises ERP system, and know how to avoid making the same mistakes, would further contribute to the success of enterprise ERP system to import.
