    Abstract: 本研究以宜蘭地區旅遊之遊客為研究對象,主要欲瞭解遊客對旅遊地屬性、滿意度、地方依戀與重遊意願等變項之關聯性與實質意涵。本研究採立意抽樣方式進行抽樣,總計發放384份問卷,扣除無效樣本31份後,回收有效樣本數為353份,有效樣本回收率為91.9%。研究使用SPSS 19.0版統計軟體進行分析,採用的分析方法包括:描述性統計分析、信度分析、因素分析、相關分析、迴歸分析。本研究主要研究結果如下:
    1. 旅遊地屬性滿意度對於遊客整體滿意度有顯著的正向影響。
    2. 遊客整體滿意度對地方依戀有顯著的正向影響。
    3. 遊客整體滿意度對重遊意願有顯著的正向影響。
    4. 地方依戀對重遊意願有顯著的正向影響。
    5. 影響遊客整體滿意度之路徑中以旅遊地屬性因素中之餐飲環境因素的影響最大。
    緣此,建議宜蘭旅遊地應加強旅遊地餐飲環境的規劃,來提升遊客整體滿意度。

    This study mainly explores the essence and implication of the relationships among place attribute, satisfaction, place attachment and revisit intention, using the Yilan tourists as research objects. The method of judgmental sampling is adopted to get the samplings for this study.
    Total 384 questionnaires were distributed and 353 valid questionnaires returned with 91.9 % return rate. The statistics software version SPSS 19.0 was used to make analysis including: descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The main resultsof this study are:
    1. Satisfaction of place attribute has significant positive effect on visitors’ overall satisfaction.
    2. Visitors’ overall satisfaction have significant positive effect on place attachment.
    3. Visitors’ overall satisfaction have significant positive effect on revisit intention.
    4. Place attachment has significant positive effect on revisit intention.
    5. Dining environment has most impact on visitors’ overall satisfaction.
    According to the empirical results, it is suggested that Yilan should enhance its plan to improve dining environment and further elevate visitors’ overall satisfaction.
