    Abstract: 臺灣實施自建築節能及綠建築政策以來,已逐漸淘汰高耗能及環境負荷過大的設計模式,為配合國家節能之發展政策,達成CO2排放減量要求,帶動國內建築符合綠建築「生態、節能、減廢、健康」之目標,內政部建築研究所自1997年起積極推動綠建築概念,陸續推展建築節約能源、資源有效利用、建築污染防制、室內環境品質及綠建築等工作,開創「生活、生態、生產」三生一體之永續發展契機。自2011年起推動「永續綠建築與節能減碳科技中程個案計畫」,以既有綠建築技術為基礎,研發創新「生態、節能、減廢、健康」之永續綠建築科技,有效增進居住環境健康並切合舒適節能需求。
    綠建環評包括用地與室外環境、用材、用水、能源使用、室內環境質素、創新和管理。綠建環評除了可以提升企業形象,更可透過節能措施,節省能源成本,並為員工提供更健康的工作環境。員工應是公司節能計劃的積極成員,他們的努力可以節省5%~20%的能源預算。有時僅僅是員工在使用完設備後及時關閉電源,便可對能源使用產生最大的影響。
    近年來政府積極推動企業節能政策,節能環保政策是否能於辦公室中徹底被推動並達到預期目標,其中以「員工參與」為重要關鍵因素之一,若能將節能活動落實到每一個員工身上,如此較能由大多數遵守環保規定的人給予少數環保習慣不良者群體壓力,讓他們在辦公室的行為自然越來越環保。
    本研究採用建材業員工在辦公室的「節能行為態度」(Attitude toward behavior),「節能行為主觀規範」(Subject norm),「節能認知行為控制」(Perceived behavioral control),探討「節能行為意圖」。並採用建材業員工在辦公室的「節能習慣」分析影響「節能行為意圖」之中介效果。統計分析採用驗證性因素分析(CFA)和結構方程模式(SEM);實證研究之問卷回收有效樣本數為211份。分析結果指出「節能態度」對建材業員工在辦公室的「節能行為意圖」有正向影響。「主觀規範」對建材業員工在辦公室的「節能行為意圖」有正向影響。然而「認知行為」對建材業員工在辦公室的「節能行為意圖」則無顯著差異。本研究統計分析結果支持建材業員工在辦公室的「節能習慣」對「節能行為意圖」之中介效果。
    This study examines the possible benefits and effects of “attitude toward behavior”, “subject norm” and “perceived behavioral control” on architecture employee energy saving behavior in the office time. The total sample size was 211 respondents. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used for statistical analysis. The results demonstrate that “attitude toward behavior” and “perceived behavioral control” correlate positively with architecture employee energy saving behavior in the office time. However, “subject norm” does not have a positive correlation with employee energy saving behavior in the office time. In addition, an examination of the mediation effect in terms of Sobel t-test reveals that employee energy saving habit is a significant mediator for the “attitude toward behavior”, “subject norm” and “perceived behavioral control” on energy saving behavior in the office time. Moreover, this study provides a framework for the management of energy saving behavior on employee behavior especially during the office time, and closes with a discussion of the theoretical and practical implications of the research findings.
