    Abstract: 「創新」對各行各業而言已成為趨勢，為創造利基點，站穩自身在企業上的立足點，創新更是人人不可或缺的理念。一旦企業組織中建立創新氣候，勢必能使專案創新，進而提升新產品績效。因此可見創新氣候在一個公司中對於專案及新產品績效之影響，此外，產品特性對專案創新與新產品績效之間的干擾效果也值得探討，故本研究以國內金屬業、化學工業及民生工業等中小企業之員工、負責人等為研究對象，採便利抽樣的方式發放問卷，最後回收205份有效問卷進行分析，研究結果如下:
    一、 創新氣候對於專案創新有正向的影響。
    二、 專案創新對新產於產品開發績效有正向的影響。
    三、 創新氣候對於新產品開發績效有正向的影響。
    四、 產品特性對於專案創新與新產品開發績效之間具有中介效果。
    Innovation climate strategy may be one of the major causes of new product development (NPD) project success. However, many organizations ignore innovation climate leading to a poor NPD performance. The primary purpose of this research was to investigate the associations among implementation of innovation climate, project innovation, and NPD performance. The second objective was to determine whether the project innovation on NPD project performance was moderated by product characteristics. The results suggest that implementation of innovation climate contributes significantly to project innovation. In addition, project innovation has a significant effect on NPD performance. A total of 205 usable samples were retrieved and used for analysis. The research findings are presented as below:
    1. Innovation climate has positive impacts on project innovation.
    2. Project innovation has positive impacts on NPD performance.
    3. Innovation climate has positive impacts on NPD performance.
    4. The relationship between innovation climate and NPD performance is moderated by product characteristics.
