    摘要: 在當今競爭激烈的市場中，唯有與供應鏈上、中、下游夥伴廠，彼此共存共榮並建立協同合作的供應鏈機制。企業應藉由優異的供應鏈管理能力，使各環節在不論在成本、品質或效率上都能大大改進，對於提升企業創新能力，以獲持久的競爭優勢。
    透過問卷調查台灣光電產業上、中、下游樣本，共計回收有效問卷454 份問卷。經由結構方程式模式(StructuralEquation Modeling, SEM)的統計分析，並以 SPSS 20 及 LISREL作為主要分析工具。結果發現品質管理對於供應鏈能力具有調節中介的效果，供應鏈鏈上游對於供應鏈能力確實會對企業創新能力產生一定程度之影響。
    因此，本研究建議光電產業應積極建立供應鏈觀點下之創新能力，方能提昇競爭優勢與經營績效。最後，依據研究結果進行管理意涵之討論，並提出後續相關研究建議。
    In today''s intensive competition market, manufacturer should establish mutual trust and consciousness, construct collaboration mechanism, and maintain closely linkage with its supply chain partners of upstream, midstream and downstream with each other. Enterprise should through the excellent ability of supply chain management, make each link in no matter on cost, quality, or efficiency can be greatly improved, to improve enterprise innovation ability, in order to achieve sustained competitive advantage.
    This study took related industry as the survey population, and a total of 454 valid samples. Through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the statistical analysis, and with SPSS and LISREL as the main analytical tools. Results found for supply chain quality management ability has adjust the effect of mediation. Supply chain upstream for supply chain competence do a certain degree of influence on enterprise innovation ability.
    This study suggests Taiwan photoelectric and optical related industry should actively establish innovation ability under the supply chain point of view. To enhance competitive advantage and business performance. Finally, on the basis of the discussion of the results of the study on management implications. And to forward the follow-up related research Suggestions.
