摘要:	注意力不足過動症是一種兒童常見的精神疾病。治療方法雖然很多元，但主要仍是藥物治療，由於每一位孩童的病狀不完全相同，治療後得到的療效也有所差異，父母親對於療效的滿意度也不盡相同。由於本研究對象為注意力不足過動症孩童，遵醫囑性並不理想，資料中亦出現不少遺漏值，而傳統結構方程式方法不允許有遺漏值，故本文先對遺漏值進行資料插補後，再採用廣義結構方程式結合仲介效應模式來探討注意力不足過動症孩童經過藥物治療後達到緩解與否與父母親滿意度之間的關係。本研究結果，將有助於兒童精神科醫生對於注意力不足過動症孩童的治療更臻完善。 Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common mental disorder in children. Method of treatment of ADHD is diverse but mainly is the drug therapy. Due to the symptoms of ADHD children are various, the result of treatment will be different, and accordingly, the parental satisfaction will not be the same. The study subjects are ADHD children, usually, the adherence rate is not very high. The missing data problem existed in the collected data. However, the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) requires the analyzed data to be completed. To handle the missing data problem, in this study, we used the missing data imputation first followed by the generalized structural equation modeling (GSEM) with/without mediation effect to explore the relationship between the treatment remission of ADHD children and the satisfaction of parents. The results of this study will help the children psychiatrist to improve the treatment effects of ADHD child.
