    Abstract: 1.我們以鈴木-宮浦偶合反應合成不同取代基的2''-溴-2-氰基聯苯並比較其產率的差異。
    2.我們將產物應用於合成具菲碇酮及菲碇骨架的化合物上。
    3.石蒜科生物鹼的全合成。
    1.We use Suzuki coupling reaction to synthesize various substituent group of 2''-bromo-2-cyanobiphenyl and compare the difference of the isolated yields.

    2.We applied the product to synthesize the compound that involves the skeleton of phenanthridinone and phenanthridine.

    3.The total synthesis of Amaryllidaceae alkaloids.
