    Abstract: Ugi反應合成多重含硼硼化合物(I)
    本論文共包含兩個研究主題,本實驗設計與合成出一系列的Ugi-4CR反應,以微波加熱之合成及純化方法,成功的合成出一系列含三個硼原子化合物。

    含硼異腈化合物及其應用Ugi反應(II)
    根據上述所合成出的含三個硼原子化合物,為了提高單分子含硼量,因此本實驗將合成含硼異腈化合物,成功合成一系列含硼異腈化合物。利用此含硼異腈化合物進行Ugi-4CR反應,且成功合成一系列含單硼和四個硼原子化合物。
    In the first project, we have developed an efficient synthesis of tris- boron-containing dipeptide derivatives using the Ugi-4CR . These compounds could be purified via acid/base extraction protocol, which provided an easy access to the boron compound libraries .

    In the second project, I have optimized the condition for the synthesis of boron-containing isocyanides Unlike the existing strategies, the described synthetic strategy offers the desire compounds with the reduced reaction time along with the simple purification protocol. . These boron-containing isocyanides were further utilized in Ugi-4CR to yield tetra-boron-containing dipeptide derivatives , in which could be used in boron neutron capture therapy .
