|摘要: ||現今全球逐漸開始重視大學豐碩研究能量之活絡與有效運用，本研究係以具備技術移轉相關專業知識之專家學者為研究對象，包含產業界、學術界及研究單位等領域，嘗試探討不同關鍵因素對大學技術移轉之影響程度，並探索關鍵因素彼此間之關係程度，基於此研究目的，本研究以文獻探討之方式萃取四大構面及其所屬共12 個影響大學技術移轉之關鍵成功因素，採用決策實驗室分析法（DEMATEL）分析具核心影響力之關鍵成功因素，並探討關鍵影響因素間之因果關係與重要性，描繪出關鍵因素之因果圖與關聯分析圖，判別何者為影響之關鍵因素，何者為被影響之關鍵因素，以提供大學進行技術移轉活動時之相關策略與建議，使科研資源達到有效配置，進而提升大學技術移轉之成功率，使大學教授之研發成果得以加以推廣並達到有效之利用，降低科研資源之浪費。由研究之結果得知主要影響之關鍵因素為技術本質構面，為解決核心問題之驅動因子，應列為大學技術移轉首要考量之構面，其次為技術發明人構面，組織文化則為第三順位；而組織結構與制度為被影響之關鍵因素。此外，在技術本質構面中，又以技術產業利用性為最主要影響之關鍵因素；技術發明人構面中，以發明人態度為最主要影響之關鍵因素；組織文化構面中則以高階管理者之態度與能力為最主要影響之關鍵因素。最後，本研究將根據研究之結論提出相關進行技術移轉活動之建議，促使大學進一步成功地將研發成果進行移轉。|
Nowadays, global gradually begins to pay attention to the effective application of the abundant of research energy from universities. In order to explore the influence of different key factors on technology transfer of universities, and explore the extent of the relationship between the key factors. This research is to focus on the experts and scholars having relevant professional knowledge about technology transfer, including industries, academia and research units by using decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL). And four dimensions and 12 key factors belonging to the four dimensions are considered through literature-review. Using DEMATEL finds out the critical success factors with a core influence and explores the importance and causal relationships among the key evaluation factors influencing technology transfer of universities. Furthermore, the causal map and correlation analysis figure are made to find out the causal group and effect group.
This research provides universities some strategic recommendations to conduct technology transfer activities and make research resources to achieve effective configuration. Thus, not only enhance the success rate of technology transfer of universities, make research results from professor of universities to be promoted and be make effective use of, but also reduce waste of research resources. By the results of the study, we find that the main impact of the key factors is technology market dimension, which address the driving factors of the core issues. It should be classified as top priority when universities conduct technology transfer activities. Technology inventor dimension is a second consideration of key evaluation factors. Third is organizational culture dimension. However, organizational structure and system in this study is the key factor to be affected. In addition, in the technology market dimension, technology industrial applicability is the main impact of key evaluation factors. In technology inventor dimension, inventor attitude is the main impact of key evaluation factors. And, in organizational culture dimension, attitude and ability of top management is the main impact of key evaluation factors. Finally, we will attempt to draw upon our analysis results to make some recommendations related to technology transfer in order to assist universities successfully transfer their research results.
