台灣是全球高科技產業的代工重鎮,在全球筆記型電腦產業中近90%代工都掌握在台灣筆記型電腦代工廠商中。筆記型電腦製造過程中,供應商選擇決策過程,將直接影響到筆記型電腦代工廠商成本結構、市場應變能力與產業競爭力等。因此良好的供應商評選架構,方可提供決策者做適當的判斷。 供應商評選架構需考量多因素準則,因此本研究應用平衡計分卡之四大構面,財務構面、顧客構面、內部程序構面、學習與成長構面於筆記型電腦代工產業的供應商評選架構,並結合筆記型電腦代工產業之特性,設計適合本產業之平衡計分卡,進一步運用決策試驗與實驗室分析法來探討各構面間的因果關係。研究結果顯示,在財務構面中影響其他構面最大之構面為價格競爭力,在顧客購面中影響其他構面最大之構面為顧客滿意度,在內部程序構面中影響其他構面最大之構面為服務、生產能力,在學習與成長構面中影響其他構面最大之構面為企業社會責任。本研究建議供應商可將影響最大之構面列為最先處理的對象,如果能夠有效的改善影響構面,自然可以同時對其它被構面產生正面的影響,最後將結果擬出因應對策,用以協助提升台灣電腦代工產業之供應商之績效評估。 Taiwan plays an important position in hi-tech ODM/OEM industry. In the global notebook industry, nearly 90% of ODM/OEM is made by notebook ODM/OEM industry of Taiwan. In the notebook manufacturing process, the decision to select qualified suppliers directly impacts notebook manufacturer’s cost structure, market flexibility, and industrial competitiveness. Therefore, a good supplier selection system can provide the proper decision for decision makers.
There are multiple factors need to be considered in supplier selection system. The study applied the four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard, the financial perspective、the customer perspective、the Business process perspective、the learning & growth perspective, to supplier selection system of notebook ODM/OEM industry, and integrated the character of notebook ODM/OEM industry to design Balanced Scorecard for this industry. Furthermore, used DEMATEL to analyses the causal relationship of each perspectives. The study results reflected that suppliers can treat the biggest influence factors, price competitiveness、service、production capacity、CSR, as the highest priority for improvement. If suppliers can improve the influence factors effectively, it will also have a positive impact on others factors. The study proposed the countermeasure to improve and enhance supplier performance evaluation of notebook computer ODM/OEM industry of Taiwan.
