    Abstract: 研究者從國小教學工作現場接收到來自社團指導教師與學生們所提出之教與學的不同需求,透過學習拍攝校園紀錄片之過程,了解紀錄片與影音紀錄工具之普及性,及其在教學現場之可應用性,企圖透過拍攝校園紀錄片來輔助國小社團教學以解決教學現場之問題。本研究之目的分述如下:
    一、了解國小體育性社團教學之需求,並探究拍攝校園紀錄片輔助國小體育性社團教學之可行性。
    二、探究紀錄片之攝製理念與策略,形成拍攝校園紀錄片輔助國小社團教學之流程。
    三、發展拍攝校園紀錄片融入國小社團教學之策略,實施並評估成效。
    四、將拍攝校園紀錄片輔助國小社團教學之策略,提供其他教學工作者參考與應用。
    本研究採用行動研究法(Action Research)「界定問題→訂定行動計畫→行動→觀察反省→再修正」五個循環步驟,分析文獻與社團教學需求,探討拍攝校園紀錄片輔助國小體育性社團教學之可行策略及實施成效與注意事項。
    本研究結論簡述如下:
    一、利用拍攝校園紀錄片的片段素材,自製教學多媒體教材,提供觀察學習與即時回饋的教材以增強學習效果,同時提高學生社團參與動機與維持學習動力。
    二、善用拍攝校園紀錄片的影音記錄功能,為社團教師與學生記錄教學與學習的歷程及保存社團活動之完整紀錄。
    三、歸納拍攝校園紀錄片輔助國小社團教學具體可行之循環流程與影片融入教學的步驟。
    四、發現拍攝校園紀錄片輔助社團教學過程中須留意之倫理責任及限制與克服實務工作中的相關問題。
    The researcher received different teaching and learning requirements from teachers and students in the team. Through the process of learning to film a campus documentary, finding out documentaries and video recorders are popular and can be applied in the teaching and learning. The researcher attempt to solve problems in the teaching and learning by filming a campus documentary.
    The following statements are the purpose of this study:
    (A) Understanding the teaching and learning requirements of the sport team in the elementary school, and researching the feasibility of filming a campus documentary for supporting teaching and learning in the sport team.
    (B) Researching the way of filming a documentary, and forming the process of filming a campus documentary for supporting the sport team teaching and learning in the elementary school.
    (C) Developing steps of filming a campus documentary for supporting sport team teaching and learning, then to implement and assessing the effect.
    (D) To Provide other teaching workers the strategies of filming a campus documentary for supporting sport team teaching and learning as reference and application.
    This study is based on five action research cycles steps -- "Definition → Plan → Action → Introspection → Correction ", To analyze the documents and requirements of teaching and learning in the team activities, then researching the feasible steps of filming a campus documentary for supporting sport team teaching and learning, the effectiveness of the implementation and Precautions.
    The following statements are the conclusion of this study:
    (A) Making use of part of the video material to create teaching multimedia materials, then providing teaching media to immediate feedback and observational learning, enhancing the effectiveness of learning, and improve student motivation and keep participation for learning.
    (B) Making use of audio and video recording function to record the experience of teaching and learning and to retain a complete record of sport team activities.
    (C) To Sum feasible cycle steps of filming a campus documentary for supporting sport team teaching and learning, and the steps of video instruction.
    (D) Finding out ethics and responsibility that filming a campus documentary for supporting sport team teaching and learning, and to overcome the practical work-related issues.
