    摘要: 本研究藉由使用性測試來評估現有遊戲式物理學習App之介面設計與操作流程,透過文獻中發現遊戲式學習的發展潛力及使用性日趨重要的研究議題,探討並歸納使用者對於遊戲式物理學習App的期待與使用經驗,最後提出介面改善建議,提供未來遊戲式數位學習開發廠商參考,希望能夠有效地設計遊戲式物理學習App,進而幫助學習者在使用數位教材時能有更好的學習效果。
    在本研究使用「3D互動虛擬實驗室」(徐新逸&周雲虎,2012)中的三款遊戲式物理學習App作為研究標的。研究方法採用使用性測試、問卷與訪談,研究對象為三位使用性專家與三十名國高中學生,分別進行啟發式評鑑與任務測試,並在任務前後進行訪談,分析並探討使用者的期待、經驗為何以及遊戲式物理學習App之介面問題為何,歸納遊戲式物理學習App介面設計之建議。
    本研究得到的結論有:
    一、使用者對於使用遊戲式物理學習App來學習物理抱持著正面的看法,但也有抱持否定的看法,必須謹慎地思考是否適宜使用此學習方式,以免產生反效果。
    二、遊戲式物理學習App設計必須考量系統與使用者認知之間的差距,以及思考如何維持使用者對於遊戲式物理學習App的學習動機。
    三、經由使用者與專家測試結果,歸納出遊戲式物理學習App軟體須修正支建議重點,以便有較佳的使用效能。建議重點如下:增加教學目標、主動說明操作方式、適時適當的提示與回饋、文字及圖像以使用者熟悉的語言及概念呈現、使用者遭遇困難時給予協助、降低系統錯誤率、凸顯重要的圖像與內容、提供簡捷的操作步驟、提供控制遊戲進度的自由、直覺的操作設計、支援多種解析度。
    The study aims to investigate the effects of the usability test on the interface design and operating procedures of the digital game-based application in learning physics. Also the study summarizes users’ expectations and experiences of the digital game-based application in learning physics. In the final analysis, the study will give recommendations of the interface improvement to the developers for helping learners to enjoy more decent learning effect.
    The study took digital game-based applications of the 3D virtual laboratory project (Shyu & Chou, 2012) as research tools. The subjects were three experts in the field of the usability and thirty students who receive the secondary education and senior secondary education in Taiwan. The subjects took the usability test and filled in the questionnaire, also they finished the interview for compiling statistics and investigating results. The researcher conducted the heuristic evaluation and the usability tasks, giving interview to the subjects before and after the usability test as well. Last, the expectations, experiences and recommendations of digital game-based application in learning physics would be investigated and analyzed to refine the interface design and operating procedures of the digital game-based application in learning physics.
    The conclusions of this study were summarized in the following:
    1.The users took both convinced and unconvinced points of view toward the digital game-based application in learning physics. In view of this, there is a need for the researchers and the developers to ruminate that whether the students should take the application to learn or not since the counter-effect may be occurred.
    2.The designers of digital game-based application must consider the differences between the system and the perception of the users, also the rumination toward the persistence of learning motivations on digital game-based application in learning physics should be taken as well.
    3.There is a need for the refinements of 3D virtual laboratory’s digital game-based application in learning physics, including teaching objectives, the initiatively explanation on system to the operation of game, the timely and appropriate provision of tips and feedbacks, familiar languages and concepts which are presented in text and graphics to the users, proper assistances when the users encounter difficulties. Furthermore, the developers should reduce system errors, highlighting the important images and contents, providing a simple operating procedure, enabling the users to control the progress of the game at their pleasure, providing intuitive operation design, and supporting various resolutions on system.
