Abstract:	MIT開放式課程與MOOCs逐漸成為大眾在家自我學習的教育資源之一，而當網路平台與教學內容兩個元素結合在一起時，如何創造出一個完整且有效的網路學習環境則將是重要的議題，而文獻中也可發現網路教育平台的環境對於學習者的學習成效有著重大的影響，因此本篇的論文的目的在於了解使用者在MOOCs網站中的操作情形，以判斷該網站的使用性以及針對網站的問題提出具體的建議。本研究流程主要可以分為以下五個階段: (一)確立研究方式與策略: 根據Nielsen所提出的使用性指標，作為測試網站的構面，另外選用觀察法、訪談法以及眼動資料分析法來分析資料。 (二)使用性評估規劃: 尋找受試者、規劃流程、製作觀察表單。 (三)使用性評估執行: 進行實驗，同時將受試者操作歷程錄製下來。 (四)資料分析: 根據文獻與規畫之分析方式進行資料分析。 (五)提出改善建議與結論: 根據網站使用性問題提出改善建議。依據研究結果可以提出以下結論: (一)網站設計必須要考量系統模式與使用者心智模式之間的差距。 (二)語言如同介面以傳遞資訊的橋樑，當網站語言不符合使用者需求時就會造成問題。 (三)網站的回饋是讓系統與使用者之間互動的關鍵因素，因此網站要有適當的回應回饋使用者 MIT OCW and MOOCs becoming one of the public self-learning educational resources at home, When the network platform and teaching contents of two elements have been combined, how to create a complete and efficient network learning environment will be an important issue. According to literature found that the network education platform environment for the learner''s learning outcomes have a major impact. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to understand the situation when user is operating on MOOCs site. In this study, the process can be divided into the following seven stages 1.To establish mechanisms and strategies: According to literature that the proposed use of indicators as facets tested site, in addition to choice of observation, interviews, and eye movement data as analysis methods to analyze data. 2.Usability Assessment: Finding subjects, Planning process, Making observation form. 3.Usability Testing: the experiment, while the receiver operating history of recorded. 4.Data analysis: According to the analysis methods, the data had been analyzed. 5.To make recommendations for improvement and Conclusion: According to the website usability testing conclusions, as recommendation strategies improve usability performance. Based on the findings we can made following conclusions: 1.Website design must be considered between system model and user mental model 2.Language is a bridge between websit and user, When the website language does not meet the needs of users can cause problems. . 3.Feedback is the keyword that its create interaction between website and user.
