    Abstract: 隨著社會的變遷,高樓林立,戶外活動空間減少,幼兒運動機會越來愈少,幼兒期是運動發展的良好時期,也是成長最顯著的時期,更是未來行為活動能力的基礎階段,因此,幼兒體能師資的需求愈趨增加。雖然政府相關單位極力推廣與重視幼兒體能發展,卻未對幼兒體能教師擬訂相關師資標準。本研究旨在探討幼兒體能專家教師專業能力應具備之專業知能及其重要性。考量研究對象母群數大且分散全國不易集中進行統一調查,決定採用修正式德懷術作為研究方法,由具備幼兒體能領域知識專家,提供相關看法及建議,大量蒐集有關幼兒體能專業知識、技能特性、人才培訓課程等相關文獻以設計編製成問卷,透過分析、彙整、歸納、專家審查、發放問卷、分析回收問卷,得出相關專業能知能三大領域層面課程內涵共計82個科目,並依據得出重要之培訓課程內涵科目,針對幼兒體能專家教師培訓機構、幼教、體育大學系所及培訓機構、政府教育主管機關、現職或預備擔任幼兒體能專家教師以及未來相關研究,提供課程設計及教育訓練規劃之建議。
    With volatile transition of society and the high tensity of building in the city, there has less and less open space and chance for the early children to take exercise on the playground. Early-childhood is the best term of time for development of physical ability, and it is the key timing to decide how the future ability goes. As a result, the demand of Physical-Education(PE) trainers for early-childhood is increasing significantly nowadays. However, governmental agencies recently don’t have a clear policy to set up the standard or program for the early-childhood PE trainers even they intensively promote and value the importance of development of physical ability for the early children. The main purpose of this research is to discuss the importance of expertise and know-how of professional early-childhood PE trainers own. Considering the wide parameter spreading out nationwide to make the survey difficult to be concentrated, this research was applied modified Delphi Method. The questionnaire consisted of the opinion and suggestion from the experts in professional early-childhood PE area and the data about professional early-childhood PE knowledges, skills, and training programs. The result of this research summed up a training program with three main courses including 82 subjects for following agencies to do further researching, suggestion of designing of training program or planning of education policy such as Early-Childhood PE for private professional training center, early-child education institutes to college of physical education, governmental agency of education and expert of early-childhood education.
