    Abstract:   本研究以一所推動學習共同體國中的國文教師社群為個案,以分散性領導的觀點,探究該校推動學習共同體的背景脈絡,以及校長、教務主任與領域召集人三位領導者如何推動國文社群之發展。透過分析三位領導人的領導作為與領導風格,從中瞭解個案學校國文社群實踐學習共同體的過程中,其遭遇的困境與解決策略。
      本研究針對校長、主任、領域召集人及教師各一位為對象進行訪談,輔以文件分析、現場觀察,以多元資料進行檢定與分析,獲得以下之研究發現:

    一、個案學校在「歷任校長的信念與傳承」及「教師的熱情活力」脈絡下以分散性領導推動學習共同體。

    二、教務主任與領域召集人對於國文社群產生正面影響。

    三、國文社群實踐歷程中遭遇「社群發展瓶頸」、「成員串聯技巧問題」之困境,並採「利用政府政策計畫,共同溝通建構課程地圖」、「引導成員增進專業能力」作為解決策略。



      最後根據本研究的發現與結論,文末針對育推動學習共同體之學校機關、學校成員提出相關建議。

      This case study used the perspective of distributed leadership to investigate the development of a Chinese Literature Teacher Learning Community (LC) in a junior high school. The foci of this study were on how the leadership styles of three administrative leaders, including the principal, the director of academic affairs, and the coordinator of Chinese Literature, influenced the development of the Chinese Literature Teacher Learning Community. The context of the LC, the difficulties and solutions that the LC had encountered were also explored.

    In this study, the research methods included interviews with the three leaders and one teacher member of the learning community. Document analysis and field observations were also used. The data collected were triangulated. And the findings are as follows:

    1. The faith and tradition and teachers’ enthusiastic vitality as the school context that the distributed leadership was exerted to promote the development of the Chinese Literature Teacher Learning Community in the school.

    2. The roles played by the director of the academic affairs and the coordinator of Chinese Literature had positive impact on the learning community.

    3. The Chinese Literature Teacher Learning Community had encountered challenges such as the "community development problem" and the "teaching technique problems.” The community predicaments were solved by using government policy plan to construct a common communication curriculum map and guiding members to enhance professional capacity.

      Finally, based on the findings and conclusions of the study, suggestions for school administrators, school teachers, and the future study were proposed.
