本研究透過文獻探討後，採問卷調查法，使用研究者自編之「新北市國民小學行政人員校園危機管理認知與實際作為之調查問卷」為研究工具，共發出問卷500份，回收問卷數455份，有效樣本數432份，有效問卷比率為94.9%。並將所得資料以描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後多重比較分析、Pearson 積差相關、迴歸分析等進行統計分析。融合分析討論後，歸納出以下幾項結論：
The study looked into the reasons and types of campus crisis to learn New Taipei City elementary schools administrative staff’s cognitiveness and implementation to the campus crisis management in order to understand current3 campus crisis situations and the differences and correlations between cognitiveness and implementation done by administrative staff during various phases of campus crisis, taking into consideration the differences in dependent variables for schools of different backgrounds.
After review of related studies, a questionnaire survey procedure was conducted. The questionnaire titled ‘New Taipei City Administrative Staff Campus Crisis Cognitive Capability and Actual Implementation’ was constructed by the researcher. Five hundred questionairs were distributed, four hundred and fifty-five were collected, and four hundred and thirty-two were valid samples. The effective response rate was 94.9%. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t- test, one-way analysis of variance, scheffe method multiple comparisons, Pearson product - moment correlation analysis. After data analysis and discussions, the following conclusions are derived:
1.The New Taipei City School administration considered that the most frequent campus crisis was “ campus accidents.”
2.The New Taipei City School administration believes that the main reason for campus crisis is domestic problems.
3.The New Taipei City School administration’s cognitiveness and implementation regarding campus crisis were considered satisfactory.
4.Dependent variables of cognitiveness such as school types, ages, years of service, positions, school scales showed great difference.
5.Dependent variables of implementation such as gender, school type, age, years of service, positions showed great difference.
6.New Taipei City elementary school administration exhibited a high positive correlation in cognisiveness and implementation for campus crisis management.
7.New Taipei City elementary school administration was able to make good predictions for implementation based on control phase cognitiveness and counseling recovering phase cognitiveness.
