    摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學學務人員的工作壓力現況以及來年繼續留任同職務的意願,研究母群以103學年度任教臺北市國民中學(含完全中學)共87 所學校之兼任學務行政組長之教師為對象,總計發出 87所學校,問卷數量約 424 份,問卷回收 275 份,剔除 2 份無效問卷後,有效問卷計 273 份,回收率為 64.8%。
    本研究調查之結論簡略描述如下:
    一、臺北市國民中學學務人員所感受的整體工作壓力是中等程度。且普遍感受到「行政負荷」、「學生管教」及「社區家長問題」3個構面的工作壓力較為沈重。
    二、 臺北市國民中學學務人員整體續任意願普遍偏低,而且多數選擇離開行政工作。
    三、不同背景變項臺北市國民中學學務人員,在整體工作壓力負荷會因性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教學年資、行政職務、學務工作年資、學校類型等背景變項的不同而有所差異;但不會因教師身份、學校規模等背景變項的不同而有所差異。
    四、不同背景變項之臺北市國民中學學務人員,來年的續任意願會因教學年資、教師身份、學校規模之不同而產生差異;臺北市國中民中學學務人員的續任意願不會因性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、工作年資、行政職務及學校類型之不同而產生差異。
    五、臺北市國民中學學務人員工作壓力與續任意願之間呈中低度相關
    六、臺北市國民中學學務人員工作壓力對續留原職務有負向之預測力;對轉任學務處其他行政職務、其他處室行政職務或離開行政工作有正向之預測力。
    最後針對研究發現與結論,分別就教育主管行政機關、學校單位首長、學務人員及未來研究者提出建議事項,俾供參考。
    Abstract:
    This study aims to investigate the impact of workplace stress on staff working in junior high schools in Taipei City, and staff members’ willingness to remain in the same job position for the next academic year. The subjects of the study include teachers who serve as Section Chief in the Office of Student Affairs from 87 of Taipei City’s junior high schools, including comprehensive junior-senior high schools, during the academic year of 2014-15. A total of 424 questionnaires were issued, with 275 copies collected. After discarding 2 invalid questionnaires, the final total was 273, making the collection rate 64.8%.
    The conclusions of this study are as follows:
    1.Overall workplace stress felt by respondents can be classified as moderate. The major sources of stress come from administrative work, disciplining students, and communicating with parents.
    2.Willingness to remain in the same job position was found to be low, with most respondents choosing to leave their administrative positions.
    3.Workplace stress was found to be affected by different factors, such as gender, age, marital status, seniority, administrative duties, years of working in the Office of Student Affairs, and the type of the school. However, the teacher’s position and school size did not have any impact on levels of workplace stress.
    4.Differences in the willingness to remain in the same job position for the next academic year was affected by a respondent’s background, including seniority, the teacher’s position, and school size. Differences in willingness were not affected by gender, age, marital status, work experience, administrative duties, and the type of the school.
    5.Workplace stress and willingness to stay in the same job position were found to have a medium to low correlation with each other.
    6.Workplace stress is a negative predictor for respondents remaining in the same job position, while it is a positive predictor for respondents changing to another administrative position, changing to another administrative job position in a different office, or leaving the job position.
    This study concludes by making suggestions to the competent authorities concerned, heads of schools, staff working in the Office of Student Affairs and future researchers.
